Hath Yoga

Begin your day with movement that creates energy without overwhelm. This uplifting Hatha yoga practice gradually awakens the body, releases stiffness, and sharpens mental focus through a combination of yoga postures and conscious breathing.

The practice encourages strength, flexibility, and inner steadiness, helping you move through the rest of your day with greater ease, confidence, and vitality.

Deep Relaxation

45 Minutes

A deeply restorative practice designed to help you slow down and settle into a state of ease. Through gentle Yin Yoga poses held for several minutes, the body is invited to soften while the calming resonance of a Himalayan singing bowl tuned to F supports relaxation and presence.

This quiet, meditative class helps release accumulated stress, soothe the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of balance and well-being. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply rested.
