Hi, I’m Urja. I am a yoga and meditation teacher with a focus on nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep inner grounding.
My journey with yoga began as a personal search for stability — not just physical flexibility, but a way to feel calm, present, and connected in daily life.
Over time, I integrated traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and sound healing to create practices that support both the body and the mind in a gentle, sustainable way.
My sessions are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and nurturing space. Whether you come alone or as a couple, each experience is personalized and held with care.
I believe healing does not have to be intense or overwhelming — it can be soft, grounding, and deeply restorative.
I offer small group sessions (max 3 people), private sessions, sound healing for couples, and occasional Yin and Pranayama session.
Urja Yoga is based in Ahrensfelde, just outside Berlin, offering a calm home-based space for yoga and healing practices.
